Originally a disused timber stable block, this remarkable transformation demonstrates how existing buildings can be given a new lease of life through thoughtful, sustainable design and innovative technolgoies.
This home demonstrates how modern design solutions can create a comfortable, high-performance living environment with minimal reliance on external utilities.

· Full PV solar electric system with battery storage
· Solar assisted heat pump
· Rainwater harvesting system supplying household grey water
· Private spring water supply with advanced filtration
· Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR)
· Starlink satellite internet and TV connectivity
· Private BioTec sewage treatment plant
· Sustainable Urban Drainage (SUD) resin bound driveway
· Recycled and locally sourced materials wherever possible
· Local trades employed throughout the build
